Introduction

The Initial Meme Offering (IMO) is a fundraising process that takes place after a meme, created by the original creator, has been approved. During this phase, investors and community members have the opportunity to contribute by raising the price of the meme coin for trading purposes.

Condition

• Successful Fundraising:

  • If the total funds raised by the community meet or exceed the target set by the creator, the meme coin will move forward to the listing process, where it will be made available for trading.

• Insufficient Fundraising:

  • If the funds raised fall short of the target specified by the creator, the meme coin will not be listed for trading. However, the meme coin will remain in the system and will not be deleted.
